Scott Stabeck

After earning degrees in both Urban Development and Criminology from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2004, Scott joined Candi in real estate and together they founded The Stabeck Group. Scott's commitment to his clients is unsurpassed. He prides himself on his respectful approach as well as his responsiveness, confidentiality and powerful negotiating skills. Scott also works at all price levels of the market and has extensive experience with high-net-worth clients and concierge services.

Scott grew up in the Lake Minnetonka area and is a Minnetonka High School graduate. His great-great grandfather, John F. Wilcox, was the first mayor of Tonka Bay and resided on an 86-acre estate known today as Old Orchard. Scott has worked is entire adult life on the lake, giving him extensive insight into water quality, invasive species, neighborhood information, parks, schools and amenities.

Since starting his career, Scott has formed strong bonds with agents from local brokerages, which is key to best representing the team’s diverse clientele. He enjoys assisting buyers and sellers and showing them all the possibilities available in the picturesque Lake Minnetonka region.
